McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant presents Fresh Catch Weekends. It’s a different seafood favorite every weekend. This weekend, it’s Atlantic Salmon with Vegetable Orzo. Fresh salmon grilled to perfection and served on a bed of orzo pasta. Mixed with asparagus, artichokes, tomatoes, and zucchini. Finished with a drizzle of basil-infused olive oil. All for just $19.95, this weekend only.
