Don’t Miss the 4th of July Sales & Special Deals

Used to be, 4th of July sales didn’t start until the weekend before 7/4. Then, the deals started the week before Independence Day. Now, July 4th sales begin two weeks before the actual holiday. Reason? As I’m sure you’ve seen or heard, sales are down substantially for stores and restaurants. Retailers and eateries alike are scrapping for every dollar they can get. This is GOOD NEWS for customers! 4th of July deals and discounts are expected to be larger and begin earlier vs previous years.

Which 4th of July sales offer the best bargains? Car, truck and SUV sales are always plentiful on July 4th. New vehicle sales are down, so the discounts are even higher this year. Furniture sales are also expected to be good. Expect plenty of appliance deals from big box stores and independent retailers. Cell phones, smartphones, and personal electronics are always hot sellers around Independence Day. Watch for promotional offers on the new Samsung Galaxy and iPhones as well as newer, cheaper data plans.

In summary, the 2 weeks leading up to the Independence Day 2024 holiday are one of your best shopping opportunities of the year. Check back with us for specific sales and deals as we get closer to the 4th of July!

After 3 long years, Red Lobster’s Crabfest has returned for 2023! This year, there are three NEW dishes, all at affordable prices:

– NEW Snow Crab & Oscar-Topped Steak
– NEW Crabby Cheese Fries

Pricing varies by market. A quick check of my local Red Lobster revealed these menu prices:

– Wild-Caught Snow Crab Legs (1.5 lbs.), $40.99
– Wild-Caught Snow Crab Legs (2 lbs.), $52.99

Crabfest 2023 end date has not yet been announced. In previous years, it began around July 1 and ended just before Labor Day to make way for Endless Shrimp. Because this year’s start date was earlier, the end date will likely happen sometime in mid-summer. I’ll keep you updated on this page.
