Used to be, 4th of July sales didn’t start until the weekend before 7/4. Then, the deals started the week before Independence Day. Now, July 4th sales begin two weeks before the actual holiday. This is GOOD NEWS for customers! 4th of July deals and discounts are expected to be larger and begin earlier vs previous years.

Which 4th of July sales offer the best bargains? Car, truck and SUV sales are always plentiful on July 4th. New vehicle sales are down, so the discounts are even higher this year. Furniture sales are also expected to be good. Expect plenty of appliance deals from big box stores and independent retailers. Cell phones, smartphones, and personal electronics are always hot sellers around Independence Day. Watch for promotional offers on the new Samsung Galaxy and iPhones as well as newer, cheaper data plans.
