Moe’s Southwest Grill Cinco de Mayo FREE Shirts

Please note: there are only 20 free shirts per location for 2025, as opposed to 50 in previous years. Get there early!

Anyone can have a Cinco de Mayo party. But there’s only one Cinco de MOE’S! As is their May 5th tradition, Moe’s Southwest Grill is giving away FREE Cinco de Moe’s t-shirts to the first 20 customers at each location. Enjoy the party and get your official 25th Anniversary party shirt, absolutely free.

These shirts have become somewhat of a collector’s item. I attended most of these events up until 2019. Each year, I ran into people who were also there 365 days earlier. Start your Cinco de Mayo festivities early by celebrating 25 years of Cinco de Moe’s!

Offer valid at participating restaurants on Monday, May 5, 2025 while supplies last. Shirts will be given to the first 20 people in line at each Moe’s. Limit 1 free shirt per customer. Most Moe’s Southwest Grill locations will be open holiday hours on Memorial Day (Monday, May 26.)

Zantigo is a fast food legend in the Twin Cities! These Mexican restaurants began life as Zapata in the 1970s. A few years later, the name changed to Zantigo. In the mid-1980s, Zantigo’s parent company sold to Pepsico, owner of rival chain Taco Bell. All Zantigo restaurants were either closed or converted to Taco Bells.

Zantigo was reborn in the late 1990s. Under new ownership and using authentic recipes, original Zantigo managers began opening NEW restaurants in and around Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. Over the past 25 years, some locations have closed while new ones have taken their place. Currently, there are 4 Zantigo restaurants: Bloomington, Fridley, St. Paul, and Woodbury.

On May 5th, Zantigo will be offering 2 of their signature hot or mild Chiltos plus a medium drink for just $5.55! Bring the whole crew and enjoy promotional priced Cinco de Mayo Chilitos at Zantigo.

No coupon or special handshake is required to take advantage of this fantastic Cinco de Mayo deal. Just show up and tell ’em you want 5 softshells for $5.55. Available for lunch or dinner, so they’re ready when you are. Viva la softshell and Olé The Day at Taco John’s!
