Offer valid October 31, 2015 for children age 10 and under at participating restaurants. Adult entrée purchase required for each free Halloween Kid’s Meal. Most Ninety Nine Restaurants locations will be open regular hours on Veterans Day (Wednesday, November 11) and closed on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 26.)
