IHOP means International House of Pancake. On October 31, IHOP means kids eat a FREE Scary Face Pancake for Halloween! The Scary Face pancake starts with one of IHOP’s famous buttermilk pancakes. Then, add whipped topping mouth and a glazed strawberry nose. Finally, top it off with 10 delicious decorations: two mini-Oreo cookies to create eyes and eight pieces of candy corn to add teeth or fangs. This IHOP free pancake event has become a Halloween tradition, only available on the last day of October. Bring the kids in to take part in the fun before they head out trick-or-treating!
Offer valid only on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 from 7:00-10:00PM at participating restaurants. Limit 1 free pancake per child, age 12 and under. Dine-in only. Most IHOP locations will be open holiday hours on Christmas Day (Tuesday, December 25.)
