UPDATE: Baskin-Robbins’ Celebrate 31 promotion has returned! It was discontinued after COVID-19 began and was reinstated in August, 2022. The offer has changed from a specific promotional price ($1.70 per scoop in 2020) to 31% off all scoops going forward. I’m guessing that given the current high food price inflation, they didn’t want to do a fixed price promotion.
Baskin-Robbins has a great cheap ice cream deal which repeats every time we have a month with 31 days! Known as “Celebrate 31”, this is a one-day promotion on the 31st day of the month. Come in on that day and receive ice cream scoops at 31% off the regular menu price. If you’ve bought ice cream cones lately, you know this is a fantastic special. Cost is per scoop, so you can get more than one if you so desire. This event only occurs one day per month and only on months with 31 days. This means you have 7 opportunities per year to take advantage of the Baskin-Robbins Celebrate 31 discount.
