Florida Sales Tax Holiday Free Weekend

This tax holiday applied earlier this year but has NOT yet been approved by the Florida Legislature for 2025. As soon as I receive further information, this page will be updated. Be sure to check back often!

Don’t miss this year’s Florida Sales Tax Holiday when doing your back-to-school shopping. Unlike most states where the tax free weekend lasts only a few days, Florida’s tax holiday continues for a full FOURTEEN days!

Many stores will be having special back to school sales on eligible items in conjunction with the sales tax holiday.
