White Castle wants you to try their new mobile app. As incentive, they’re offering a FREE Combo Meal when you download the app and register for an account. That’s 4 Cheese Sliders, Small Fries, and a Small Drink, all completely free of charge! Downloads are also free on Google Play (Android) or from the Apple App Store (iPhone.)

After you have installed the White Castle app on your phone or other mobile device, customize your free combo meal by specifying type of cheese (American, Jalapeno, or Smoked Cheddar) and your favorite soft drink. Then, place your free combo in the cart and your discount will be applied at checkout. How’s that for a quick and easy way to get free food from the Castle?

Target’s latest soda pop sale gets you Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Diet Mountain Dew, and other select varieties: four 12 packs for $12.00. That’s just $3 each! But wait: it gets better. Use the coupon on the back of this week’s sale flyer to get a FREE $5 Target GiftCard with select beverage purchase of $20 or more. That brings your net cost down to just $2.38 per 12 pack. Here’s how:

Since Pepsi products must be purchased in multiples of 4 in order to receive the sale price, buy eight 12 packs for $24.00. Because this is a purchase of $20 or more, deduct the value of the free $5 Target GiftCard. Your net cost is now $19.00 for eight 12 packs or $2.375 each! If you don’t have a newspaper sale insert, you can get it in the Target app or have it sent to your phone by texting PEPSI to TARGET (827438.)

You must purchase in multiples of 4 in order to receive the sale price. Otherwise, your cost is $3.99 per 12 pack. 6 packs of 16.9 ounce bottles are available 2 for $5.00 and also qualify for the free gift card offer. However, the cans are a better deal. The cost per ounce by making the minimum purchase necessary to qualify for the gift card is 1.65 cents cans vs 1.85 cents bottles. However, if you do prefer bottles to cans, this is a decent sale since it brings the net price down to $1.875 per 6 pack.
