Zantigo is a fast food legend in the Upper Midwest! These Mexican fast food restaurants began life as Zapata in the 1970s. A few years later, they changed their name to Zantigo. In the mid-1980s, Zantigo’s parent company sold to Pepsico, owner of rival chain Taco Bell. All Zantigo restaurants were either closed or converted to Taco Bells. Everyone thought Zantigo was dead forever, but they resurfaced in the late 1990s. Under new ownership and using authentic recipes, original Zantigo managers began opening NEW restaurants in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. They have been growing over the past decade and currently operate in 5 locations: Blaine, Bloomington, Fridley, St. Paul, and Woodbury.
Last year, Zantigo introduced “Five Dollar Fridays.” This year, “Tasty Tuesdays” are here! Enjoy four of Zantigo’s hard shell or soft corn tortillas for just $5.00. Hot, mild, or mix-and-match.
Offer valid only on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at participating Zantigo restaurants. Limit 1 promotional offer per customer. Not valid with any other coupon or promotion. Most locations will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 5.
