Regular price of Arby’s Mint Chocolate Swirl Shake is about $3.00 in most markets. The monthly coupon sheet for March features this new “22 oz. Specialty Shake” for just $1.99. If Arby’s regularly distributes coupons in your area, watch your mailbox and/or newspaper over the next few days. First, start with unlimited soup or salad and oven-baked breadsticks.
