Denny’s $5.99+ All Day Diner Deals Value Menu

Denny’s $2 $4 $6 $8 Value Menu has been retired. First introduced in 2010, it came back for an encore performance in 2020 and proved to be just as popular the second time around. However, all good things must come to an end. The $2 $4 $6 $8 Value Menu has been replaced by Denny’s NEW All Day Diner Deals Menu. 10 delicious items, all at a price you can afford!

$5.99:

-Everyday Value Slam. This Denny’s classic features eggs and two bacon strips or sausage links. Also includes your choice of two buttermilk pancakes, one slice of French toast, or a biscuit and gravy.

STARTING AT $6.99:

– Scrambled Eggs & Cheddar Breakfast. This dish includes scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, plus two bacon strips, sausage links and buttermilk pancakes.

– Fried Cheese Melt Sandwich. This one includes five fried mozzarella sticks and melted American cheese grilled between two slices of artisan bread. Served with wavy-cut fries and a side of tomato sauce.

– Half Super Bird Sandwich. Features sliced deli turkey with Swiss cheese, bacon and tomato on grilled sourdough bread. Served with wavy-cut fries or a cup of soup.

STARTING AT $7.59:

– Two-Egg Moons Over My Hammy Omelette. Starting at $7.59, this new twist on a fan-favorite features a two-egg omelet with ham, Swiss and American cheese. Served with hashbrowns and your choice of bread.

– Quarter Pound Cheeseburger. Enjoy a 4-ounce 100% beef patty, topped with American cheese. Includes lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickles on a split-top Brioche bun. Served with wavy-cut fries.

STARTING AT $7.99:

– BLT Sandwich. Denny’s BLT includes 8 bacon strips, lettuce, tomato and mayo on grilled artisan bread. Served with wavy-cut fries.

STARTING AT $8.99:

– One-Piece Plate Lickin’ Chicken Fried Chicken Dinner. One large golden-fried boneless chicken breast, smothered in country gravy and served with two sides and dinner bread.

– Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich. This sandwich features fried chicken breast with white cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and Ranch dressing on grilled artisan bread. It’s served with wavy-cut fries.

– Country Fried Steak Dinner. Chopped beef steak, smothered in country gravy. Served with two sides and dinner bread.

“Starting at” means pricing may be slightly higher in some areas. Be sure to check the menu before placing your order.

Kroger $5.99 Blue Bell Ice Cream 1/2 Gallon

This promotion was active last year but has NOT been confirmed for 2024. I will keep watching to see if it or a similar offer returns. As soon as I receive further information, this page will be updated. Be sure to check back often!

I love Blue Bell ice cream! For one thing, their containers are still a full 1/2 gallon. Used to be, 64 ounces was the standard size for ice cream. But then, “package shrinking” became a way of life in the food industry. Ice cream containers were first shrunk to 56, then to just 48 ounces! Blue Bell has bucked this trend, continuing to offer their ice cream in standard 1/2 gallon containers.

By the way, this ice cream is delicious! Special flavors like Chocolate Sheet Cake, Coconut Cream Pie, and Southern Blackberry Cobbler rotate monthly. Several other varieties are available year round such as Pecan Pralines ‘n Cream, Homemade Vanilla, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, plus my personal favorite: Moo-llennium Crunch!

Inflation has pushed the regular price of Blue Bell to around $9.00 per half gallon. This week, Kroger has it on sale for just $5.99! This is as cheap as it gets, folks. If you love Blue Bell ice cream, now is the time to stock up. If you’ve never tried it before, here’s your chance to sample Blue Bell at an unbeatable price.

Texas Energy Star Sales Tax Holiday

Don’t miss the Texas Energy Star Sales Tax Holiday when shopping for appliances and light bulbs. This 3 day tax free event takes place over Memorial Day Weekend:

Saturday, May 25
Sunday, May 26
Monday, May 27

On these dates, you can purchase qualifying items free of Texas state and local sales tax. All items MUST be ENERGY STAR labeled:

– Air conditioners priced at $6,000 or less
– Refrigerators priced at $2,000 or less
– Ceiling fans
– Incandescent and fluorescent light bulbs
– Clothes washers
– Dishwashers
– Dehumidifiers

These items DO NOT qualify, even if ENERGY STAR compliant:

– Water heaters
– Clothes dryers
– Freezers
– Stoves
– Attic fans
– Heat pumps
– Wine refrigerators
– Beer kegerators
– Other beverage chillers

Delivery, shipping, handling, and transportation charges by the seller are part of the item’s sales price. Charges for installing free-standing items are also part of the item’s sales price. All of these charges qualify for the tax exemption.

– Fire extinguishers priced at $75 or less
– First aid kits priced at $75 or less
